I've had a lovely day working in the gardens around my home. The sun was shining with no winds to bother me and the temperature was perfect. My husband and I pulled weeds for several hours and there is still much more to do, but we'll have to leave that for another day. After the sedentary winter I've had, my muscles are feeling a little tired and worn out. Still, the garden looks so much better than it did before. It was well worth it.
Though I cannot sing in tune
and I wander off the key,
it's clear that singing gives me joy
when I sing happily.
Still, it doesn't matter how I sing
God loves to hear my praise.
It's a loving heart that speaks to him.
Not the melody I raise.
